UK & Overseas Property Consultant

Job Description:

We are currently looking for 2 experienced Property Consultants one for our UK & one for our Overseas division. The applicants will have to be self-motivated, as the position will involve working from home. All our systems are Internet based meaning our consultants have access to everything they need online.

We have superb UK investment opportunities with discounts up to 30%+ and 9%+ yields, we deal with repossessions, pre-auction distressed property, student houses and private halls with up to 10%+ yields, portfolios and blocks of apartments. We have 16,000 registered clients, and this number is rapidly growing.

Our overseas investment include rooms within 5-star Hotel Resorts in Cape Verde & Turkey with prices starting from only £49,000 and Net Yields of over 12%. We have land in the Cayman Islands with planning permission from £30,000 with a 2-3 year payment plan. USA Foreclosure property from $45,000 with Net yields of over 16% and we are currently looking at opportunities in Brazil.

We are a flexible company and are always looking at new Investment opportunities as trends change.

The Role

The successful candidate will be energetic, a proven sales professional with excellent client facing skills. Day-to-day tasks will involve dealing with incoming enquiries and calling customers on our database. You will be professional, client focused, and a self-starter with either experience selling property and/or investments or have a passion for working within the field.

Specific Tasks and Duties:

Dealing with incoming customer enquiries.

• You will provide advice and guidance to potential clients on all aspects of purchasing investment property in the markets we cover.
• Develop relationships with clients and providing them with the utmost level of professional support.
• Attending seminars and exhibitions and selling face-to-face.
• Calling contacts and leads on our database.
• Managing the relationship of existing customers.
• Maintaining dialogue with good customers and servicing their needs.

Skills Required:

• Confident, articulate, self starter
• Experienced sales background with proven track record in the UK or Overseas property investment market.
• High activity rate with excellent lead management skills
• Excellent and proven consultative sales and closing skills
• Excellent understanding of the mathematics of property investment (yields, interest cover, LTV etc.)
• Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of basic legal contracts and sales agreements.
• Very client and partner aware
• Good presentation and reporting skills, both verbally & visually.
• Highly organised, hard working, ability to multi-task in a changing market conditions.
• Ability to handle accurate sales data and reporting to higher management
