Positive Property Investment (PPI) is Jointly owned by Chris Rowell and Paul Garbett and has been trading since 2009. Early in 2011 PPI Merged with Concept Property which was owned by Paul Garbett.
Chris Rowell
Chris is an ex Financial Adviser and Mortgage Broker, he became disillusioned by traditional Financial Advice as it was not actually helping people become wealthier, unless they died! Property has always been a solid asset that can produce real wealth. With more than 75% of the Sunday Times Rich list being occupied with people who invest in property Chris decided that in order to create real wealth, Property was the way forward and in 2004 began recommending Property to his clients. Chris left Financial Services in 2009 and set up PPI in order to help his clients learn how to create wealth by investing safely in property. Chris now works closely with a number of leading educational companies helping to teach people how to invest in property.
Paul Garbett
Paul is the founder and owner of Concept Property which merged with PPI in 2011. Like Chris, Paul is an ex Financial Adviser and left Financial Services in 2005 when he also became disillusioned by traditional Financial Advice. Paul liked the idea investing in property, as it was the only asset that you could use finance to increase the amount of your investment. Not only could you add value to that asset through modernization but you could also get an income from the asset and make capital gains through the price increasing. Paul set up Concept Property in 2007 to assist investors in purchasing discounted property and to help investors take charge of their own financial future.
Garry Dawson
Garry is one of our Property Consultants most of his time is spent speaking with Investors to find out what they are looking for and recommending the most suitable property to suit their needs. Garry is extremely committed to helping his clients and often goes well beyond the expected and is often known to be emailing his clients on a Saturday evening!
