Paul is the founder and owner of Concept Property which merged with Positive Property Investment in 2011. Paul is an ex Financial Adviser and left Financial Services in 2005 when he became disillusioned by traditional Financial Advice. Paul liked the idea investing in property, as it was the only asset that you could use finance to increase the amount of your investment. Not only could you add value to that asset through modernization but you could also get an income from the asset and make capital gains through the price increasing.
